Bryan rescheduled the viewing for today and then didn’t show up. I’ve waited over a hour this week outside this flat and still haven’t been inside! Spoke to the office twice, they promised to call me back and never did. This kind of service would make me steer clear of renting through them.

I had so much trouble getting information for my accountant I needed for my rental property FJL manage at the Blackheath branch , and everytime I spoke to someone they said they would send me the information and nothing ..until I spoke to Joy , who was not even at that branch ..she stayed on the phone until she obtained all the documents I needed and made sure she emailed them to me before ending the call..now that is the kind of service you expect! FJL you are lucky to have JOY as a part of your team !
